Senj

Senj, a town and port in the Velebit Channel.. The town lies like an amphitheatre on the very edge of the forested cove called Senjska Draga, at the foot of predominantly bare karts slants of Velebit and Senjsko Bilo. The route from the Pannonian basin and the Adriatic coast has been used since ancient times.

Besides main public beaches, are on the south from the town, near the Spasovac bay little bays with quite beaches and clear sea. The visitors, who are interest in the history, can make a short walk to the castle Nehaj. The mountain village Krivi Put has a beautiful view to the near scene. In the Senjska Draga can tourist see classicism mausoleum from year 1848.
